Gihan is a creative and proactive HR expert and professional coach with more than 10 years’ experience designing and leading HR strategy at different organizational levels with outstanding influencing and communication skills.

She has a remarkable blend of knowledge and work experience. She holds an MSc in human resources from Heriott-Watt University, Edinburgh business school, London and international certification in emotional intelligence from the 6 seconds the global EQ leader and the American institute of business psychology.

Gihan has a solid record of hands-on experience carrying out HRD assignments more and more than 4000 hours as a trainer to delegates in Qatar. She demonstrates the unique mixture of hands-on real-life HR experience and an engaging method of delivering HR technical subjects. She has a played significant role in delivering different HRD assignments from PDP, succession planning, talent management and competency modeling. She has had diverse exposure to different industries, such as Oil and Gas, Telecom, Hospitality, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Energy.
